How To Adjust For The Perfect Fit:

  • Release the velcro tab on the backsystem, ensuring that the velcro fastening system spans four ‘ladder rungs’.
  • Fasten and tighten the hip belt. The hip belt should ‘sit’ comfortably on the hip bone.
  • Tighten the shoulder straps. Be in contact with the torso from the shoulder blade on the back to the underarm on the front.
  • Fasten the chest strap and position 4cm below the collar bone; adjust if necessary using the sliders.
